Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn, unused, and free from signs of use
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning products due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer needing the product
- Personal preference reasons
If the item is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or malfunctioning
- Incorrectly shipped
- Not as described
Avelin will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reshipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at admin@avelinn.shop with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the matter promptly and work to resolve it in a fair and timely manner.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products (if applicable)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Remain in its original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
This right does not affect any additional rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
